1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

• Personal hygiene products such as underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

• We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

• Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanges within 7 business days.

• Refunds to original payment methods are not applicable since payment is COD.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
