Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

Personal hygiene products such as underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
3. Return Process

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanges within 7 business days.

Refunds to original payment methods are not applicable since payment is COD.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
